As the base unit, the C270 can take high-resolutions snapshots at up to 5MP and upload them to Facebook or YouTube with just one click. Included also is a RightSound microphone for clear conversations without pesky background noise; RightLight 2 Technology, which automatically adjusts camera brightness to accommodate for a poorly-lit room; and compatibility with the most popular IM apps, including Skype, Windows Live, Yahoo, and AIM.
Additional Information
None of the webcams come with onboard video processors and therefore are not compatible with Skype HD. They do however include an updated version of Logitech Vid HD, which also comes with Logitech Google TV. This means that all four webcam models can be used with a Google TV to video chat WITHOUT a direct PC connection.
