The Hercules Dualpix Exchange is a basic webcam for general purpose use. While similar in general design to the Hercules Dualpix Chat and Show, it has a simplified VGA sensor that can produce a lower 2 megapixel image with interpolation and broadcasts video streaming at an interpolated 1280x960 at 30 frames per second.

It doesn't come with a headset, although it does have a microphone built into the webcam itself, and has a universal attachment suited to all types of screens. Using Hercules Zoom Controller software, the camera can track the user's face using a digital zoom function. Other included software allows for the easy conversion of files into a format suitable for various devices or uploading to online social media services.
